At NM Libaas, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Exchange Policy

·       Products can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

·       Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

·       Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if:

·       You receive a damaged product.

·       You receive the wrong item.

·       The product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

·       Sale or clearance items.

·       Used, washed, or damaged products.

·       Items without original tags or packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days using the original payment method or bank transfer, where applicable.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by NM Libaas.
